The open embroidery sole offers a free, unobstructed view of the embroidery area. Precise and creative free-motion projects such as monogram, silk-ribbon and Richelieu embroidery and thread painting can be accomplished with ease. The freehand embroidery foot is also excellent for contour quilting and free- motion quilting of tiny details (microstippling).
