Come learn the whole quilting process while making a baby quilt, including free motion quilting and walking foot quilting basics! This class is for beginners who have never rotary cut or sewn a quilt before, those who need a refresher, or those who maybe can make a top but want to learn the quilting/binding part. We will go over rotary cutting,1/4" seam allowance, proper ironing, layering and pinning a quilt, home machine free motion quilting / walking foot quilting basics, trimming, and binding. Learn skills you can apply to future quilts!
As with all our classes, supplies are separate from the class cost, so please be sure to check the supply list for what you will need to make your quilt. This class's quilt does not have a kit available, but picking fabric is easy and we are happy to help you in store!
