Start to finish, we will teach you the techniques necessary to complete the Mod Owl Revival Quilt. You will learn to make the owls using the Sew Kind of Wonderful technique for cutting and sewing curves without pins. It’s easier than it seems. You will also learn to sew fast flying geese and trim them to size using the Wing Clipper ruler. The first three classes will each focus on one type of block. After class, you will have two weeks to sew the remaining blocks before the next class. By the fourth class, you’ll be ready to put your quilt together, and we will give you lots construction tips, including how to set blocks diagonally.
This class is for experienced beginners and up. You must know how to operate your machine and sew an accurate quarter inch seam.
