In our 2 session class I will be teaching rotary cutting, sewing, and piecing basics in regards to quilting! This is great to see if you want to delve deeper into quilting as a hobby, or get more confidence in your quilt piecing and cutting if you’re new to it.

You will be making 4 different blocks with techniques that are common in basic quilt patterns. I hope these help you understand these fundamentals so you can read them on patterns and do them on your own!

You can bring your own sewing machine from home for this class, but it MUST be in good working order and you need a ¼” foot. I will be helping everyone thread their machines and wind a bobbin, but know this class focuses on QUILTING technique and not total sewing machine proficiency. We will provide all cutting equipment for students to use in class. We will provide machines for anyone not bringing their own.
