Quiltcon Challenge Handloom Woven - Marshmallow

Fabrics designed by Tara Faughnan for Windham. From the Quiltcon website:

The QuiltCon 2027 Featured Speaker, Steph Skardal, has selected the fabric challenge palette from a brand new line of solids from Windham Fabrics, Handloom by Tara Faughnan. These wovens shift with the light and are full of subtle textures in rich, layered colors, and we look forward to seeing how you use this palette!

Quilters may use from 3 to 6 colors in the palette to create their quilt. Any other fabric, neutrals, etc. may not be used on the quilt top or binding. Makers may use any fabric of their choice for the quilt backing. Maximum quilt size is 90” per side.  This year's colors are:

  * 54870-6 Juicy
  * 54870-27 Peacock
  * 54870-58 Marshmallow
  * 54870-10 Bellini
  * 54870-13 Carrot Cake
  
  Quilts are entered into QuiltCon using the standard submission process, selecting the Windham Fabrics 2027 Handloom Challenge category. Submissions open September 1, 2026, and close October 31, 2026.
